• Job details: service required, property type, postcode, scope, photos and notes you upload.
• Communications: messages exchanged with contractors on the platform.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and basic usage analytics.

3. How we use it

• To match you with suitable, vetted contractors.
• To operate, secure and improve the platform.
• To send you transactional emails about your job and account.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who can see your job

Job details are only visible to: (a) you, (b) the RefurbMatch admin team, and (c) vetted contractors who have paid to unlock your job. Your full name, address and phone number stay hidden from contractors until you accept a match.

5. Sharing

We share data with the contractors you are matched with and with the service providers that host and operate the platform (hosting, database, payments, email). We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights
